Some 90 years after its founding in Germany, the Häfele family business has become a worldwide leader in the furniture fittings and architectural hardware industry. They also offer first-rate electronic access control systems, and their 50,000 products are designed, manufactured, and distributed by more than 6,000 employees in 37 subsidiaries spread throughout 150 countries. Their Thailand operations have been in business since 1994.
The Bangkok location was specifically looking to improve its communication and marketing with both their long-established customers and potential new customers, and they wanted their customer-facing staff to exude greater confidence in spoken and written English. Anglokom provided courses for two different ability groups to build up their Basic English skills and to boost their confidence with a positive “We Can” attitude for customer service and after-sales support.
